There seems to be a glut of Festival Towers apartments on the market. This is just a selection of what one Ray White office has for sale. There are other agents also selling in this building. One of the many problems with this building is that one side has been built out by the M on Mary building, and the other side will have its views impacted by the new Westin Hotel to be built on Elizabeth Street. Also, the building is managed by Oaks, so there are short term rentals. And many students, so the common facilities get good use.
